Saline FFA scores at district leadership contests

FFA District Leadership Contests were held Wednesday February 3rd, 2010 at Milan High School for the 7 local high schools (Milan, Dundee, Blissfield, Sand Creek, Lenewee Vo Tech, Manchester and Saline) that have agriscience classes.
Senior, Kathryn Souders won first place gold in the Job Interview Contest.
Sophomore, Kristina Schneider, won first place gold in the 9-10th grade Public Speaking Contest – Topic: Organic Farming
Sophomore, Jacob Carlson, won 2nd place gold in the 9th-10th grade Public Speaking Contest – Topic: Wind Power
All three will move on to Regional Competition February 17th at Blissfield HS.

Junior, Natasha Bardsley, won 4th place silver in the 11-12th grade Public Speaking Contest in a 12 student competitive field. Topic: Chronic Wasting in Deer
